JPDS~Trails

The last part of JPDS have been released - JPDS~Trails. This is the final part in the series, and this is probably the end of the JPDS series.

JPDS~Trails is the last planned part of the first JPDS1, in this level, plus it's two sublevels - HRS and Forest, you will see a lot of new stuff. These levels do not have the same amount dinosaurs or groundfolige JPDS~Streams and JPDS~Plains had, and are the most "incomplete" ones, but I can ensure you there is other amazing things in these levels.

JPDS~Testing

On Draco's request, the final version of JPDS~Testing have also been released. This is where you can find all the testing he did for JPDS, and is a good level to learn how to script events.

The private JPDS forum have now been open to the public. Please check it out here, and see what the rest of JPDS were suppose to be like.

New Easter Eggs Section

After several years, the easter eggs page have got it's own make over. It's no longer an easter eggs page, but a "Did You Know?" page, where you will find all kind of different information you didn't know. Check it out now here. The credits go to all the great members of the community, and to everyone who found everything.

Updated Article Section

The article section have once again been updated. This time an article on the difference the patch make to the levels have been added.

Tatu have also been starting to turn old forum articles into PDF documents, so people can read it either on the site, or download them. Please note that some may be outdated.

You can see both these in the articles section.

Updated Weapons & Dinosaurs Section

Both the weapons and dinosaurs sections have been updated. Most noteable is the weapons section, which got plenty of new contents.

JPDS Is Finally Here!!

Believe it or not - JPDS is here, finally. It started out in late 2004, and is now finished.

Myself started out as a beta tester for JPDS, sometime back in 2005-2006. In late 2009, I started to help Draco out with JPDS, and we have spend many, many hours the last years to complete whatever we manage, to give this to you. I hope everyone here will enjoy this as much as we do.

The first level to be released - along with the JPDS engine, is JPDS~Streams. JPDS~Plains will be released in a few days, and the rest of the levels a few days after that.

Update For The Winter Contest 2011 - Again!
Our forum member Draconisaurus have been so kind to push the final date for the contest to April the 30th, so everyone got time to finish their contest contribution. I suggest you take another look at the prizer either in the forum thread, or in the post below!

New/old Pre-Released Images
Brian Moore was so kind to dig among his files to give us the early images of the town level he once had on his site. There are 13 fantastic images you can find in the pre-image gallery.

Update For The Winter Contest 2011
Some people MIGHT have missed this update, but our forum member Draconisaurus have moved the deadline from the end of February to March 30th.



He also changed the way the prizes are picked.
"Prize awarding has officially changed. Placing in the contest as 1st, 2nd, or 3rd will determine the order that the winners choose their prizes from the selection of A, B, or C. 1st place chooses from among these first, then 2nd place chooses from what's left, then 3rd. There is a chance for multiple winnings of a given letter prize since each option has multiple possible awards."

So take another look at the prizes in the forum topic.
